  Never can get what I order, always have to either come back to get something they forgot, or wait 5 mins after they leave the window to flag them down to getmy order fixed just to get attitude as of I'm the problem.

  So i ordered the big arch after seeing reviewers online actually enjoying it. Got the combo meal large from the app for just over $11 with the discount promo The fries were limp. Well seasoned, but limp. The box wasn't full. The burger? Undercooked too. The meat patties from McDonald's should not be pink. And it was soggy, way too much sauce. I don't think the meat was properly seasoned either. Just a mediocre experience that i sat in line for 20 minutes before and ended up just sad. Oh, and the coke was terrible too. Didn't taste like coke, like the machine was running out of the syrup or something.

  I have been going to this location for many years but Sunday was first time there was an issue! only one car in front at Drive thru. ordered 2 filets and a small fry. van pulled in front of me and had multiple issues. I was then instructed to pull to front window where I waited for 1 HOUR. I finally went inside and waited 20 more minutes until I finally was able to ask the manager for my food. No explanation or apology. I asked them to make fresh if my order had been sitting. fries were old and cold filets were ok. Very disappointed
