I ordered on their app, and was contacted by my driver that the power was out and they had no way of making my food. I was never contacted by the management team at all, and had to take it into my own hands. I contacted the restaurant and the manager literally told me the order disappeared and that they can’t make it or refund it since I placed it online “through DoorDash” . When I contacted DoorDash they told me they can’t refund an order that wasn’t placed on the DoorDash app, which I told the Wingstop lady on the phone and she literally didn’t care at all. I spent 52 dollars and now am left with no food and no refund. Honestly shame on this business, yall need to close.
