    Went there on 8 Jan 2025 for lunch. Ordered a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger biggie bag with only mayo and ketchup on the burger and asked for BBQ sauce with the nuggets. Got home with my food, and they left the bacon and cheese off my burger and no BBQ sauce. Should have known there was a reason this Wendy’s was empty at peak lunch hours. They didn’t even give me a receipt so there’s no way to prove it either. They get one star because I have to put a star rating. Will not be going back.

    don’t even bother going after dark…this is the closest wendy’s to me and i have repeatedly been told off because “the system is down” seems like their understaffed and using it as an excuse to not take orders near closing.

    Waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes, to get up to the window lady proceeds to make me wait another 10 minutes. I went inside to talk with a manager and she said they had no line and I literally had to walk her out to show the 8 cars behind me. Another lady said she didn’t hear anything on the headset. Then the managers all like “a little patience” and I’m like there’s 10 of you working and waiting 30 minutes to even order is beyond ridiculous for fast food. She told me they were running out of stuff. It’s like what is it? Every other person was giving a different reason as to why they were so slow. I get it but if they said that or put up a sign I would’ve just left. Got in the drive thru line at 10:15 didn’t get food until 10:55
