  ive came here twice and the staff is genuinely just lazy and rude, i dont know why you would clock in if you clearly dont even have a good enough work ethic to atleast be friendly, the person taking my order immediately gave me attitude and couldn’t even have enough respect to put the right name after i spelled it for it, she put “me” like are we serious??? The smoothie took around 5 minutes and it tasted like watered down juice and I couldnt even enjoy it.

  This is the worst tropical smoothie in the area. Rarely is it good. Majority of the employees are lazy or cut corners and you can't do that in food service. Over watering the drinks. Basically serving sugar water with crushed ice melted slurpee with a dash of fruit added. You can't serve people stems from strawberries. Seen it happen to a few people. Not listening to people requesting things to not have in their orders and they do it anyways. Could be food allergies or medical conditions as to why. Half the time the food isn't even done right. You order a hot sandwich and you get it cold. If I wanted to cook it at home I'd ask for it or get my own ingredients to make it at home. Avoid this location and go to another one. It's too expensive to have your food not done right.

  No one said hi welcome in etc. The music was so loud i did have a hard time to hear the cashier lady. She did not hear my name which was tracy.. she heard highce. I also asked for a coke and she put in diet coke. I stated i didnt order a diet coke, i ordered a regular coke. One employee walked around aimlessly. Looked at me in the eye and didnt even acknowledge a customer. Very disappointing over all
