  I swear every time we go to this Taco Bell they mess our order up, even when we go back to fix our order they still can’t get it right.And they are usually rude.

  I was fine with my meal and the environment. I appreciated getting v some red cabbage in the chicken bowl. I was shocked and disappointed however, when I was told, "We don't do that anymore."when I asked for a cup of water by the man who brought ght my meal to the front. I won't be returning. If this is a policy, I can't support it.

  Waited 20 minutes for my food to be sitting on the counter by the window while I waited inside. Crispy chicken burrito had one burnt chicken tender in it. Paid for extra cheese on my nachos and I got less than normal. Used to be a good fast spot has gone down hill the past few months. I would know I eat here almost every day. Update: Went again paid to add Pico got half a thimble full on rop my nachos check pics. Ordered a chalupa the shell was completely raw skipped the fryer completely. Service here has been terrible for a while now but recently the food has been getting worse and worse and more mistakes and items missing then ever. Also even though I was standing in front of the guy who worked there and asked him if the bag he had was for michael he decided to not acknowledge me and tape my bag up in front of me then place it on the rack to my right rather than hand it to me never spoke a word. Me and another customer stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and we're never acknowledged nobody spoke to us nobody came to the counter. Worst taco bell, come here if you want expensive half made food soggy old food after you've waited upward of 20 min for all 6 workers to never look at you or speak to you not hand you your food but set it nearby while the extra stuff you paid for won't be there and you'll probably be missing an item or 2.

  I asked for my sides to be fresh they were not they were soggy I didn’t ask for my tacos to be fresh those are usually things that’s supposed to be made to order but instead they were cold all 2 of my tacos were cold and my sides were soggy I am very disappointed and will not be coming back and I will be letting my friends and family know to never come to this Taco Bell how are is it to make someone’s food fresh if they asked for it I would not have mind waiting for it either and they were not even busy just ridiculous the lady that took my order was nice but the food is highly disappointing and a waste of money just ridiculous
