- JAJessica AscencioMay 30, 20251.0I recommend going in person to get your food and drinks/cookies/chips/etc. Every SINGLE time I placed in the instructions for staff (for mobile delivery orders) to not forget the cookies and drinks, just to have something missing. The app makes it difficult to ask for a refund for an item, and I get told to come in the restaurant to pick it up. Like the reason I chose to do delivery is because I don't want to go in-person. Idk why I keep ordering through the app.
