I haven't been to subway in years and I never complain or write a review about anything, but today when I decide to try Subway again it made me remember why I stopped going. The customer service sucks. As soon as I came in the woman in the back came up front and asked me how she could help me I told her my order and immediately she tells me to hold on and goes to the back, picks up her cell phone and has a conversation with whoever. I'm thinking like what in the hell. This slow day with no one in this place you think your call could have waited until I left. Then near the end of the transaction I had to grab my own cup and bag my own food. I COULDNT BELIEVE THIS.!!!! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. I will stick with Quiznos!!!!
