  Never again, had to pull up to wait for food. I had 3 different people orders. All im which I checked the bags, touching food. Everytime I had to tell them it wasn't my order they just gave the bag to the next car. Finally they said we dont know where your food is.

  Waiting over 15 mins to order French fries is crazy. Literally just shut down the inside !!!!! The same way you make us wait on the this inaide they need to rotate service....drive thru...then inside...drive thru..then inside.

  Service is meh, prices are high. They used to have an MVP bundle deal which was an absolutely amazing value deal but they only had it for about a week and got rid of it so there's that

  The portions have gotten way smaller since the last time I went. I got the baconzilla which there was a good ratio of bacon to meet the problem is both of them were miniscule Devin was huge and you couldn't even see the meat inside and I added lettuce and pickle Comma and even with that you couldn't see anything inside the bun you had to open the bun to see anything it literally completely covered the burger and everything else inside if you're actually going to eat this sandwich and in any way before you're going to have to add an additional two patties otherwise you're just getting all bread with beef flavor inside. I got the baconzilla combo with two additional patties and cheesecake bites and it was 25.00 so be aware of the price is high and the food is very miniscule I also got the cheesecake bites which were good but covered in powdered sugar so be prepared for that or you're going to be covered in it

  Waited extra for cheesecake bite that was raw still. Plus asked for no onions on the burger still had them in it plus fries were cold. Got pulled forward for a messed up order. People need to train their people.
