As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This place is absolutely nasty. The lady who took our order was super sweet. The other lady there who I assume is the manager is a nightmare. Who attitude towards the coworkers and just in general is horrible. It was clear she didn’t want to be there and she doesn’t like/enjoy her job. My husband tried to go wash his hands in the men’s restorer and the water was shut off. There’s signs for employees to wash their hands but how can they when the water isn’t working. And to top it all off they wasn’t busy and we still had to wait 20 minutes for our order. When we got our food we could tell that they haven’t changed their oil in their fryer in at least 3-4 weeks. Hampton location is not recommended at all.

I went to Rally’s last night (10/23/24), for the first time in years. Went through the drive thru and the young lady Shakerra, was so sweet and polite, she literally left me flabbergasted. Most fast food workers seem somewhat overworked and frustrated which is understandable however, if she was, she did not let that show, which was a breath of fresh air. Bravo Shakerra, you are doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work!
Sn: I would have given 5 stars but my chicken sandwich was extra hard and I couldn’t finish it. But I will try again and hopefully next time, the food will be as great as the service was. TY

I typically go for the $4 meal when I go to Rally's but I decided to try their new BBQ brisket Buford. Mind you I have not been to this location before and the one that I do go to I have never had issues with. They order was taken fine. Get up to the windows to pay and you can hear the people in the back complaining that people just keep coming. OK, overlookable. I get my food fairly quickly and head home after a long day of work and then Ubering. Fries are OK, but then I get to this sandwich that I just paid way too much money for and my first disappoint was that the bread does not have that buttery toasted look to it. It's not toasted at all. Just plain bread. Then I take a bite and the brisket is hard like it's been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The burger is cold. Like it just came out of the fridge and they slapped it on there cold. Between the brisket and the burger nothing is even remotely hot enough to melt the cheese. And it's not like I waited an hour to eat it. This was within 10 minutes of picking up my order. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth the 8.99 they charge for just the burger.

Garbage, I went there at 1:30 am which I should have expected garbage food, I ordered the 2 for $6.... charged me full price and argued with me....first and last time I ever go there......the chicken and fish sandwich were a joke and the monsterella sticks were smaller than normal size ....save your money
