  Order was wrong, gave beef instead of chicken and apparently there was no green goddess dressing. Ordered through drive-thru and wasn’t able to check meal until after getting back to work.

  Today at 4/14/2026 at 2:45pm. I decided to try the new Steakhouse Stuffer. I went through the drive thur. I want to give a special appreciation and a big Thank you to your employee Mr. Scott.. Can I just say absolutely 💯 the best customer service I've received in a long time.. He was very professional, polite and friendly 🏆 I will most definitely be coming back. I have 1.3 million views and if my viewers looking for a nice relaxing 😌 atmosphere to get a bite to eat. Try this establishment at Panera Bread at 2155 Coliseum Dr. Hampton, VA 23666 and tell Scott hello 👋.

  You want a healthy meal go to panera they got healthy soup, cheesy broccoli, so delicious.They're bread bowls are delicious.I have nothing bad to say about panera

  Ordered 3 meals. "Slim pickins" on sandwiches...chicken salad and tune salad. More bread than anything...very disappointed.

  Some how they got my food associated with someone else. Even when order under my account. Walked up to the pick up window afer 45 minutes with the no flashing pager and my ticket. It was clear my food or a look alike had been sitting there awhile. They said it wasn't mine. Walked back up at 55 minutes. They then gave us that food sitting there after reheating the soup. We ate the hot sandwiches cold. $30 for left over food.
