    Went in hoping to grab a quick breakfast,and hit the road. No service at the counter. The focus is on drive thru and kiosk sales. After a few minutes, I left.

    I’ve never gotten my food even remotely quick here whether it’s a pick up order, ordering in store, or in the drive through. There’s ALWAYS an excessive wait time. Employees are usually nice though.

    Ive been to this McDonald's at least 100x's literally...and have driven away about 87 of those times because there is NEVER ice cream! Just take it off the menu. And its same thing. "The machine is down" "we don't have any ice cream" like seriously? Who did the inventory? Who placed the order? Why is the machine always broken? Today I had a football team of boys I wanted to treat but no "we don't have any its unavailable" I will take my money to Cook Out from now on! Disappointed and Over It. Ive been here 3 years and not change.

    The employees the lower staff members were very nice, however the manager who was working on Thursday December 4th at 8:00 was extremely disgusting her attitude was unacceptable towards us. I'm a Uber Eats delivery driver and there were two other doordash drivers in the lobby waiting and she came out and said how come every time I turn around there's more people in here I responded to her that the door was open and she said the lobby was closed mind you it's only 8:00 and the posted hours on the door windows saying the dining hours are till 11:00 and I don't understand how anybody could work in that environment with her she needs to be gone ASAP
