I want to specify that this should not go against the employees but management/owner(s). If there are more than 2 cars in the drive through, give up and go somewhere else you will be there for 15+ minutes before you order. As others have noted even if you walk in there is a good chance the staff will under staffed and prioritizing drive through. I truly feel for the dedicated staff that do their best at this location.

Went through the drive through to get coffee and it took 20 min for the lady who was talking inside with the pizza guy. She was having a conversation with him and paid no mind at the drive through. We were the ones at the drive through. The lady handed us our coffee and didnt even acknowledged us or appolize. The coffee that we got was room temperature not even warm. I didn't even enjoy my coffee. I guess the lady didn't care to actually serve coffee. She cared more about having a conversation with that guy. At this point I am not coming back and I'll go to Starbucks. This place is a joke.

I said okay let me just get a dozen chocolate. He said we don’t have any of those either. I said so you don’t have coffee or donuts here? He said well sir it’s 4 o’clock. This is still 3 hours before they close and they don’t have any product to sell…
