  Stood at the register for 5 minutes while 4 workers sat there talking while only one of them was working, was not greeted or told they would be a minute. Saddest experience out of any Dunkin Donuts ive ever been to. Will be contacting the main office and then the better business bureau. Need to get trifling people out of jobs they obviously do not want.

  I ordered a breakfast $5 combo for the first time.It was an egg wrap with egg cheese and protein of choice.I had bacon, that was actually great and made to order the hash rounds or hash Browns were very flavorful.Well, seasoned, yet they were not even warm.It may have been because it was made first, but that will not deter me for returning. I also had the iced Macha teaon and an iced coffee and they were both great... again, I will definitely return. The staff was very kind and quick.

  The manager Nae has an extremely bad attitude. I place orders using my mobile app and she told me that I cant do that anymore because it holds her up. She is ONLY interested in drive thru times. I have seen tons of people walk out of that location because of long wait times at the front counter. Why is it necessary to have 3 people in the drive thru area and barely any attention being paid to the front counter. Drive thru customers are not the only customers that want to make purchases. Mobile orders, 3rd party orders and walkin customers are just as important as drive thru customers.
