- SSStory_timenaDec 14, 20251.0So unprofessional. I called on 12/14/25 @ 430pm. A female answered the phone and said "hello". I was confused because I thought maybe I had called someone's house. I asked where I had called and she sarcastically said "I don't know". I told her I was trying to reach dunking donuts and she said "this is dunking donuts. I told her I was confused because typically establishments train employees to answer the phone by announcing the company name. I went ahead and asked my question but I absolutely would not patronize this store ever. If you can't muster enough professionalism to answer the phone appr there's no way I am trusting you with my food.

Not to mention it took over 15 minutes between ordering and getting the order. It’s gross and the service is terrible won’t come again
