    I had a very disappointing experience at my local Domino's tonight. If I could give zero stars I would. After working a 12-hour shift, I ordered a large sausage, pepperoni, and onion pizza well done through the app, which is my go-to late-night meal. When I got home, I found the pizza dough was raw and undercooked, despite my request for it to be well done. As a classically trained chef, I was not overly upset and simply put the pizza back into the oven before calling the store. However, when I spoke to the manager, Olivia Hill, she was surprisingly aggressive, insisting that the pizza was not undercooked before I even had a chance to show her. I drove back to the store with the pizza to demonstrate how mushy the dough was. Instead of addressing my concerns, Olivia continued to argue with me, claiming that if they remade the pizza, it would come out the same way. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after I had already taken the time to show her the issue. After this unprofessional encounter, Olivia offered to remake the pizza and issue a refund, but at that point, I was too upset to accept. I initially started my career at Burger King. I cared about customers experience and I took pride in my food and service at that level and have since become an executive chef, contributing to many restaurants in the Hampton Roads area. I usually don't write reviews, but the level of rudeness from the associate manager was unacceptable. I hope this feedback leads to better training for staff in handling customer concerns.

    Olivia had the order in prep for 41 minutes before getting it in the oven. Had i known it was going to take this long I would have took my busness elsewhere. Pizza was made sloppy. I waited an hour for slop, dont come here!
