He realized a glitch, voided it and was very helpful in getting the right order and payment completed. I noticed I was charged incorrectly and called back and to a woman who couldn’t answer any of my questions properly. She then explained the guy was a new employee and had no knowledge of the delivery area which they should always inform their employees of! I won’t be ordering here not even as a pickup. The food can no longer be trusted with that kind of service.
