- JDJelissa DickersonNov 3, 20251.0Customer service is horrible. Always out of food/toppings. Wait time is unacceptable especially when workers are present in front of you and refuse to acknowledge you. The conversations they have when customers are present is very inappropriate.
- CWChanel WestNov 2, 20251.0Went to the restaurant 11:47 a.m. Store door says they open at 10:45 daily. I pulled on the door to enter, but the door was locked so I checked the time just to make sure. Although I could see employees in the dining area and behind the counter no one opened the door for me. I went back to my car and before I could pull off a white couple pulled in and went to the door. When the guy pulled the door it was locked, but an employee quickly unlocked the door for the couple. I went in behind the couple and asked the staff why just a couple seconds prior didn't anyone open the door for me. One employee who was cleaning the dining area the entire time said she didn't see me. Well I can assure you I'm not invisible and hold no super powers to change myself from visible to invisible and if I could see all of them from the gigantic window I'm certain they saw me. It's insane to have to go through that for no other reason than racism and laziness of staff. Secondly if the restaurant is open why is the door locked in the first place.
