  the store was completely dirty. there was no sense of urgency from the workers. i got a bowl and kids meal. i told them no beans on the kids meal due to an allergy and they proceeded to put beans in the compartment anyways. there were no chips as well. the drink station was dirty and filled with trash. none of the organic lemonades were filled. if i could put zero stars i would!!

  The lead line person that took our order was very reluctant to be at work today. I watched him take a drink from his water bottle, open/close the lid with the gloves he had been serving others with, wrapped a lady's tortillas with same contaminated gloves and tried to take my order with them still. I politely ask him to change his gloves and then suddenly he moves at sloth speed. While taking my full order he's flinging spoons around possibly annoyed that I even asked him to change his gloves. The line area needed to be tended to, but he was more focused on talking to someone outside the line and back in the kitchen, rather than hearing my order. Very unprofessional and pretty doggone rude. He could have switched with someone like he did when my man's order was taken. Asking you to be sanitary shouldn't warrant such an attitude!

  I went there around 3::30 pm on Tuesdays. Once inside and walk to the counter I immediately noticed the counters and floors were disgusting. Liquid and food was everywhere on the floors and countertops. Very badly managed!

  This place closes at 11pm, but by 9pm they were out of cheese. it'd be nice to know that at the first step of ordering my food that they were out. the guy behind the counter didn't bother to tell me that. Even heard the guy at the register tell him "that's why you should tell them before making the food" but here's the kicker. they HAD cheese at the other food prep counter, but said they couldn't give it to me because that was only for to go orders. Nevermind that I had to pay for double meat with the less than normal scoop of meat that the first guy gave me. And this place was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY TOO. a simple rag to wipe down the counters, that's all you need... anyone with the slightest bit of decency would clean the counter not even to look presentable, but for their own sake... I keep giving Chipotle a chance but I just can't do it anymore and I'm gonna spread the word about this however high I have to go. biggest waste of money in the fast food industry.

  This is the only location that you have to wait for chicken. The most popular item apparently. Maybe there should be two containers for chicken. And the lobby is so nasty , I can’t even sit to wait for the chicken. And one more thing when you see 10 people waiting for chicken, the grill can wait to be cleaned. The worker on the grill seen all of us waiting and made us wait 5 more min so he could clean the grill. This is the only location in the area where this is an issue. I love chipotle but I always expect the worse when I come here. I shouldn’t have to pass a location to get to another one because the food quality is horrible and the customer service is just as bad. Nobody’s greeting you. Even the manager on shift doesn’t speak. What’s the issue ?
