  Tonight was honestly the worst experience i’ve ever had at BWW. went in with three of my friends and immediately was asked if we were all over 18 (i know there is a sign on the door but we didn’t even get a hello). the waitress’ at the front were trying to seat us at the bar for some reason, we ended up telling them the booth was what we wanted. finally got over to the table and our waitress came over to take our order. she was rude out the get go for no reason. we ordered our drinks and two appetizers. when she came back we ordered our food and for some reason that seemed like a big inconvenience to her, i don’t think she knew the menu very well as she said “we don’t have that” to many things me and my friends had ordered before. finally our food was coming out one by one until i ultimately didn’t get my food (i only ordered a chicken wrap) until 50 minutes later , after my boyfriend went and said something, she came back and rudely said it would be out in 5 more minutes. i had honestly lost my appetite since i ate most of the appetizers while waiting, my friends had almost completely finished eating. our waiter didn’t bring us refills, utensils, and made every request seem like a chore. we ended up being able to talk to the manager and she was very nice about the whole situation and helped us out. my only complaint was the waiter and how long it took for me to get our food. i understand people can have bad days, hopefully things will get better. probably won’t be coming back for awhile:(

  I get the feeling BWW doesnt care too much about dine in since covid. My brother's and I came to dine in on a Friday night, only 1 other table full other than ours, took forever to get sub par food, wings weren't tossed more like plated and drizzled with sauce. Our waitress kept forgetting our order, I guess the tablet she was using was for show. I had never eaten at BWW before, and I never will again.

  Went there with a group of work folks. The server took so long each time to come back. It took close to 30 minutes to receive one beer. It was 2 pm and there wasn't very many people there at all. Severs were nice for the most part, but clearly the bar and kitchen are severely understaffed and mismanaged.

  I’m currently here and have been waiting for over 15 minutes. While the employees stood at the bar with one another having an amazing time. They all got their to go orders while customers waited. The restaurant was literally empty so not sure while the service was slow but then o noticed all the workers at the bar. Getting food and having a Xmas party clearly. Rude. Unprofessional. And the norm at this location.

  Where do I start…when walking in and passing the patio it smelled like nothing but weed. Place was empty and they wouldn’t sit anyone down for 25 minutes because there was a wait on the wings. Which has nothing to do with sitting people down and starting to let them order drink and or apps. Other works just standing around. horrible service server was new and no other server was helping her while being a new server. This place turned into trash.
