  the three young girls I bought with me were hungry so it’s the only reason I stay. It took 30 minutes to get a glass of Chardonnay they didn’t have. (When they finally told me) wings were good. Wish the waitress would check on the table more often as we needed napkins, I can see the other servers were getting irritated as I would call for them. I did come around 8:30, guess them were ready to go.

  Came in 2 weeks before this for dinner time with my girlfriend and got told when waiting for a seat they can’t serve us right now. Today Came in waited 20 minutes to sit because tables were dirty and they wouldn’t eat us until they cleaned them. Ordered our food as soon as we sat down. Waited 25 minutes for one of our meals to come out and was told for the other we are waiting on tots, 30 more minutes go by and still nothing. People that came in 15 -30 minutes after us were getting their orders of chicken. Everyone was getting service and great service, but seemed liked we didn’t because we were a same sex couple in there. I found a manger,(he just came in 10 minutes before and made it clear) helped a table out and brought them food that arrived 30 minutes after us. Finally got help and food came out right after and it was cold. So they took it back to remake. I was pretty much told by the manger that the crap service is what it is. This service has been the worst service yet. Our waitress checked out table only when we got our food and drink order and when she brought out food. No other time. Couldn’t even get drink refills. The only time it’s even worth going here is when they first open. Finally-over an hour after ordering food and still not getting it and my friend was done with there’s for a little bit now. I just asked for a check, they said well we can take the take off the other order. Obviously you will I didn’t even get it! The manager seen me standing with my jacket on for a little bit and came over and asked if they were bagging up my food. I said no they brought out the coldest food and honestly it’s been over an hour and some change at this minute so I just went somewhere I could get fast food! I was waiting for hot food to come out but that wait was getting to be to long to and watching everyone around me coming and going and getting great service felt like because we rare the only same sex couple there at that time that must be the issue! It’s sad because usually I go alone when they first open and wait some time for food but never get treated like crap. Today was the worst interaction with this bdubs! Very let down

  I tried to give them a second chance, but again, I would never be going there again. It’s frustrating to see them look at people’s reviews and say we will take this information into consideration, but they don’t. Also, if someone is on their lunch break, don’t come unless you have two hours because it takes an hour to get your food service. I wish the best for the staff because they only have one person there. I do apologize for asking her to rush her, but I had to hurry up before I was extremely late back to work. I just got tired of the waiting game with my food and then having to wait to get my card back.

  Service is HORRIBLE. Waited 50 minutes for food and had to complain to the manager. They need to employ more wait staff and telling the truth about order status would be helpful. Lastly, effective communication will help put customers at ease versus no communication. We'll never go back.

  No one here wants to make money I guess. Walked in with the family the place was empty. The hostess asked us to wait, so we did. She finally walks up to one of the servers and ask if she wants the table. The server says how many are there, and the hostess replies 6, the lady sighs loudly as if she didn’t want to serve us, so we walked out. Her loss…
