It was fine. I ordered for several people and some of the extra sauces and all were forgotten, but I was all over the place trying to order and confused all of us. No foul on their part

The food may be okay, I hope; I haven't eaten my order yet. But the service is horrendously terrible. I tried to use two Arby gift cards I was given. They didn't work well repeatedly. The cashier was unconcerned and not willing to help. She could have cared less. Do not expect even a decent customer service experience here. No thank you, no nothing. She just put my order on the counter and moved on.

I've been going to this Arbys for many, ma m y years however not anymore, I ordered a crispy fish sandwich W/O any type of sauce ( mayo) due to a food allergy, when I noticed i was already home & toi pissed off & tired to return. The fish & fries were cold as well and the bread soggy all the way through!! I refuse to pay high prices & get garbage. Check on your employees as they don't seem to care.
