  Terrible customer service. I was given major attitude by the cashier. Our food was also slightly cold.

  This was a terrible service and experience on many levels. First there was a long line, second there were multiple employees not doing anything and simply watching one person put the food together and then ring in the orders on the register. When finally addressed the cash register lady had an attitude with each customer and didn’t greet or acknowledge anyone. The person making the food simply complained to everyone ordering a burrito because their wrist hurt and if we could simply order a bowl…stunned. If I had to bet this will be the next chipotle with an E Coli outbreak because management doesn’t support staff or maintain standards… Management above the GM needs to be involved in getting a fairly new franchise on track before it fails.

  Worst chipotle in all of hampton roads! They move at a snails pace, chit chat talking to each other in the middle of your order. Literally just zero urgency what do ever. Zero customer service too, didn’t even greet you when you stepped to the counter. Just got hit with “what do you want”. I we blown away. The line was not that long and i was in there 30 minutes. Best part there was no chicken, nor was anyone making any behind the counter. The worst run chipotle ive ever seen. I’ll stick to the one in PTC.

  Don’t even waste your time. They’re always running out of food and never have vinaigrette sauce. Ive gone in several times and before I could walk through the door they’re already telling you what they don't have almost like they don’t want your service. They supposedly don’t close until 10PM but are out of several options HOURS before closing time. Take your money elsewhere.

  First of all I have never been impressed with Chipotle and it’s extremely overrated. I have never been truly satisfied anytime I have went but every now and then I will give it a chance. Today I go to this location when it first opened. First the service was slow as hell and it was only one customer in front of me. The workers are cussing and having inappropriate conversations, not paying attention to the customers and we have to repeat what we want. It’s obvious the company is not thoroughly screening the incompetent workers they have hired at this location. They just wanted bodies there and don’t care who it is. I highly recommend to never visit this location. Chipotle do you read the comments? I know the answer to that.
