  Today will be the last time I come to this location. Waited 25 minutes in line because they ran out of rice. They are stingy on the meat servings. I should have checked my bag before I left, I found they forgot my side of guacamole. I called the store number but you don’t get to talk to anyone at the location, but some type of call center. All I wanted was to get a confirmation number so that I could write it on my receipt. I was told I had to have an email ( not all old folks have an email) and to send them a copy of my receipt. Why does it have to be so complicated? Never mind and never again.

  This is my first time going to a Chipotle and lemme tell you.. worst experience ever. The service was fine, the people working were nice, I ordered a burrito and as soon as I get home and take a bite, it felt like I had ordered a salad wrap, super cold, like no heat at all, my wife's bowl was cold, it was like a 7 layer dip cold, and this was at like 12 pm and for some reason they had NO ice, so I got cold food and hot drinks, how does that make any sense? All this for like $32.. I should've gone somewhere else for that amount of money considering they gave me food that I had to heat up as soon as I got home.

  WOW! The lines are super long. I deliver food with Uber eats and I avoid this place like the bubonic plague. They're either severely understaffed or they have a horrible training program but the workers always seem confused. They run out of food constantly because the cooks can't keep up. Lastly, the place is beyond dirty inside.

  I knew I should have walked out when I seen the food worker pour new rice over old rice. New beans over the old beans. You are literally supposed to replace the whole pan. The black bean were extremely old and she just put them on top of the new beans. I still ordered a bowel because I was hungry. Fresh from the gym. I ate a little bit and def got sick. I wasted $16 just to be eat half the bowl and get sick eating that little bit .... The restaurant was dirty. My first time in in over 5 years and I will never return ever. Absolutely nasty !!! Teach them to replace the whole pan because while she was pouring the food the bottom of the pan.....that was on the hit bar with that dirty water under it was touching the food. I knew better ...geshh. I'm still sick as I type this ...shut them down !!!!!!!!!

  Ordered a kid's quesadilla for the little one at home. It was supposed to have chicken, with rice on the side, black beans, kids chips, and milk for the drink. I get the wrong quesadilla, made with wrong meat. And i am missing the beans, kids chips and milk. Good job for including the rice at least 😂
