  45 minutes of waiting for my food, they hit me with the what you want. Not cool man.

  Stopped here to get my friend food (6-piece nug, large fry, water, swee-sour sauce). Was very clear in my order, and they repeated it back to me multiple times correctly (and it was on the screen). However, they still managed to mess up the order, giving me a chicken sandwich and water bottle and nuggets. No fries, even tho they repeated that several times when I ordered it. I had no time to go back and fix it. The food was fine, just disappointed in the service.

  23 minutes for mediocre fast food. We waited at the register for 5 minutes with no service. That should have been our clue to leave. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a happy meal and a coke from a kiosk. One other family ordered ahead of us. As we waited 5 other orders came in and the drive thru curbside slots filled up with another 6 cars. We all waited. I finally went to the counter where I was ignored for another 5 minutes before the manager asked my number. She "found" our happy meal with the ticket on it and commenced to gather our meal. The burgers were cold and the buns hard. Of course. I don't know what happens to get an establishment 20+ minutes behind. But there was no explanation or apology. I love McDonalds, and travel the East Coast for work and have never been to a McDonalds this bad. I won't be back to this one.
