I don’t know when it really hit the fan, but this poor place has been truly drowning/wallowing for at least a year. Half of their machines don’t work— no ice, no frosties. Many times, they’ve run out of some type of food— one time it was tomatoes, last time it was ALL salads and the JBC. Unfortunately, the quality of the actual sandwiches is questionable— sometimes no sauce. Some of the employees are lacking any care, and they honestly look sad back there. I like the Wendy’s chain, and I keep trying this one, but it’s pathetic.

It was just sitting there. So Im waving my arms to get so.eone attention and I get my drink. Started eating and realized my drink had no ice. Drink was warm! Go back around the drive thru to ask for ice. The customer in front of me waited for about 10 to 15 minutes for their order and they finally drove off. I pull up and ask for a cup of ice! WE ARE OUT OF ICE! WHAT?!?!? WHY DIDNT YOU POST IT ON THE SPEAKER! TERRIBLE SERVICE
