- PPparttimedevil1Oct 20, 20251.0For the third time I went in today after ordering online and being charged to find the owner and who I assume is his wife or family member pretending to be baffled that they could find my order .....while I audibly listened to the ding of the online orders on their P.O.S going off I've worked at subway so I know the sound they say there and simply ignore it till the order times out . another guest had the same issue as well.....this is constant anytime you use rewards or promo they cancel or let your order timeout . hoping you'll pay full price once you arrive after already being charged but then not having your order or food. Subway needs to take away these franchisee stores and operate the business themselves this is why company is failing btw It takes subway corporate like 5 days to refund you so don't make a big purchase or your just out of luck for dinner that day
