Update: (Ill leave my initial review at bottom.) So, I had breakfast next door at the gas station. It was cheaper, I got my food quicker and I got what I ordered. This was a much better decision than yesterday's fiasco at McDonald's. The response to my review was robotic. "Please go to this website and tell us...blah blah blah". NO I WILL NOT. I left a review here, for any and all who care to know how dependable this store is towards its consumers. This is where the most ppl check on reviews... Well, this and yelp which is probably my next stop since I got a robot claiming to be the owner responding to my issue. Look, I had a bad experience at this store and wrote a review hoping a person would take note and fix the issue. Instead I was told to submit my review a second time out of sight. Thats some B.S. You have store managers, area managers, regional managers, etc. Someone can do something. If not, Im for Hire. 80k to do nothing. Just show up occasionally and let things flow like water through the path of least resistance.

***Stopped at the truck parking area and figured Id spend my money at McDonald's instead of the gas station next door. DAMN, did I screw up. Nothing like going to good Ole McDonalds and getting a sub par unhealthy snack for the price of eating at a steak house. Seriously these prices are almost with 5 guys. Anyways, I saw there was a line at the register and no one was doing anything about it, so I used the kiosk, which is supposed to keep up with inventory.... Sure.... So, me thinking use the kiosk, avoid the line, let the workers do whatever is keeping them so busy.. Wrong, I ordered 2 Double cheeseburgers, 2 strawberry pies and a large mocha frappe. Oh and here's the kicker, after I ordered, they didn't even have what I wanted and offered me something else. They tried offering the apple apple pies. You all know, the horrible ones that almost always are dry and hold next to no filling. I didn't want apple pies, I didnt want something else. I wanted what I ordered. And every other mcdonalds Ive stopped at, the kiosk shades out when an item is unavailable. I gave 1 star for 4 reasons. 1.) It took 20 minutes to get my order. 2.) I did not get what I ordered when it was presented as available. 3.) Your inventory is wrong and it cost me. 4.) I was not offered a refund but a replacement that was of lesser value than what I ordered. Like I said, I should have ate at the gas station next door... Thats really saying something.
