Waited 20 minutes in line the car at the speaker was not ordering so I called the store while I was stuck in the drive thru and a lady answered with an attitude and I asked if the drive thru was open cause we have been sitting there for 20 minutes and she stated she is trying her best the inside was busy and If I wanted faster service to come inside which I couldn't cause I was stuck in the drive thru. This isn't the first time this happened but it will be the last time I go to the zion crossroads dunkin. Horrible service. If the store doesn't have enough employees or the workers are too lazy to work then dont be open. Once I left I drove by the front of the store and there was no one inside.
- JBJohn BarnesFeb 28, 20261.0We sat in line for about 20min in the drive thru @ 10am Saturday morning. We order 2 medium ice cofee's and 2 ham and cheese stuffers for $25. Not sure what bothered me more, the 20min wait or the $25 charge. The ham and cheese stuffers is basically a hot pocket. The ice coffee was good but not any better than McDonald's. Also I'd like to add that I wanted to get out of line after 10min but the way the drive thru is set up it traps you in forcing you to have to wait. This was my first time trying them after the rebranding from the original doughnut shop and more likely the last.
