    The lady who works there should be fired. My son ordered a meal of the day, which includes chips and a drink with the sandwich. She just gave the sandwich. When my son asked for the rest, she became defensive and 'banned' him, and threatened to call the police. So bad....

    Lady that works in there is RUDE!! Every time we go in she acts like she can’t stand to make your sub! She mumbles under her breath. I believe she is the manager which is the sad part. However, we did go in there one time and there was a guy working and he was nice.

    Was eating my lunch and the lady was being so rude to other customers. A group of teenagers came in only had a to go order that is already done. She told him not to come in early even though it was only 2 min early and there order was done. She continued to say stuff the boy asked excuse me what did you say..she said nothing just leave...like what makes you think you can speak to people that way.... if you dont like your job quit lady

    Paid 53 for 3 subs online I asked for Italian herbs and cheese on all 3 and I got the regular bread. The lady didn't ask if I wanted my receipt or anything just threw it in the trash. In powhatan and cumberland the same 3 subs are $40 and they bigger. I guess they feel that ok because they changed the name of the sub but it's the same picture in the app. I will never go there again.
