  So... ordered food here, waited 20 minutes for 4 burgers and a 10 piece nugget, checked food for accuracy and no nuggets, waited around 5 minutes for a 10 piece. Noticed they must mop the kitchen then move to the dining room as you can almost slip on the floor from grease. All food in hand and down the road we go... just about every burger was dry. Opening the Arch its held together with cheese... BOTH HAMBURGER PATTIES WERE GLUED TOGETHER WITH CHEESE.... I dont mean top and bottom, I mean the patties were in pieces.

  6pm today I came into the store, let me say my lord. the short little white girl that took my order was an absolutely splendid young lady. Never In my life have I ever had some customer service like the way she presented herself. I mean good god. Her name was something with an A, I can't remember exactly what It was but I had a great experience here. I will say the other employees there haven't earned my review but this girl most definitely deserves a raise. Not to pick favoritism but I've never gotten service like this from any establishment. 10/10 will try again.

  Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes before someone spoke to me. Told them I have a mobile order pulled around. Waited and waited. It wasn’t busy at all when I pulled up. 2 more cars pulled behind me. Then they told me to go to curbside pickup along with 4 others cars that were behind and in front of me. Waited way too long for a mobile order the service and speed is ridiculous.

  0 stars whoever the girl in drivethru window is needs to be fired. She can’t listen or ring orders in right and acts special when you ask her to something. Get rid of her and the store would be smoother it’s ridiculous. Food can’t be messed up if the girl back there doesn’t even ring the right order in. Everyone else A+ especially the short female manager there tonight she is amazing as always.

  I am a Dasher for DoorDash, so l UNFORTUNATELY have to visit this location often. My main issue is the speed of service. Every time I go in to pick up an order, I am expecting to spend way too long in here, but today was the worst yet. The store was not even super busy and I spent more than 35 minutes waiting for one small order, which I consider absolutely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. I have worked fast food before too, even McDonalds specifically, so I have quite a bit of empathy for the employees, but this is insane. Another issue is the employees keep the DoorDash orders behind the counter and VERY infrequently come to check on the lobby, so orders sit and get cold. I understand that most of McDonalds employees are high schoolers, but clearly there is some very poor management going on here as well. Another huge issue that definitely makes people uncomfortable is that many of the employees will stand at the front counter and loudly talk and curse to people in the lobby, as well as off-the-clock employees frequently coming in to talk at the counter to on-the-clock employees, often repeatedly yelling across the kitchen from the lobby counter. All of these factors make this McDonalds the most insufferable fast food establishment I have ever experienced.
