    Let's not make a big deal about Wendy's! It's fast food for goodness sake! At it's best, fast food is average. But, at Wendy's, a small chilli and a large chocolate Frosty, served promptly, will satisfy my thirst and hunger! Thank goodness!

    I dash locally, I stick to the point the most so believe me when I say that this fast food restaurant is currently one of the worst in Gloucester. It's not the quality of the food or a nasty bathroom specifically but the service and employee communication virtually do not exist. There is almost never any cashier. There is almost never anyone you can see from the inside without leaning over the counter to find all 3-5 employees currently working hiding in the kitchen, out of view, working pretty much solely on the drive thru. If you come in the lobby you have to wait 5-10 minutes just for someone to come talk to you. They always seem bothered by that to. Why have a lobby and do online orders if you are going to ignore them and treat them like they are bothering you? I lay the blame solely on management. They are either blissfully unaware how their restaurant is no longer fast food or they are contributing directly to the problem. I worked and practically ran a kitchen for 5 years. If you have an order that is 20 minutes behind on a Wednesday, you don't just keep ignoring it and help 5 more people in the drive thru. You put all hands on deck to finish the late order as quickly as possible. I ask for the GMs resignation, you clear don't know what you are doing. Don't order or eat here let it die, it feels like it is on it's last leg anyways
