The service was excellent, and the Emil was very pleasant And polite while waiting on me in the drive-through. I told him that I used to go to McDonald’s which was right down the street, but their service was horrible and their food was even less digestible. That was there surly attitude. I will not go there again. I try to find out the owner’s name, but it’s impossible. I hope they go out of business. I really do enjoy the service level at Taco Bell. The food may not be the best but they have pretty good burritos, and the people that work there seem to be so pleasant. I really enjoy it.

Please find a way for your employees to ask if you are checking in on the mobile app or picking up a mobile order that doesn’t upset them so much. I was asked if I was checking in with a mobile order today I said I’m picking up a mobile order. I was interrupted loudly “OK so you’re picking up a mobile order what’s the name” as my name was coming out of my mouth via the previous sentence.. then my order was handed to me by a girl talking on the phone with it on her shoulder. I love Taco Bell .. please step up the customer service.
