  We just ordered take out and I got a chilli cheese dog and cheddar peppers. It was cold to the touch and the cheese wasn't even melted. Does the owner even care?

  We just went through the drive-thru here and hit a massive pothole that popped our tire. When we told the manager, she just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do even though it’s clearly their fault for not maintaining the drive-thru. While we were stuck in the parking lot putting on the spare, she actually came outside, huffed at us, and walked away without offering help. To top it off, she still charged me for the drink after everything. What’s worse is we sat here long enough to see another customer almost blow out their tire on the exact same pothole. This is dangerous, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I have photos and will be sharing them as well.

  They think a smash burger is a regular burger. They don't seem to care about food quality. Went through the drive-thru & was missing items & they didn't listen to special order. Been twice & same experience.

  This is beyond disgusting and wild that the people who made this thought this is okay to give out. I understand it's fast food and night time and I never written a review in my life. But this is the second time something like this happened with this place, first there was a bunch of hair and even a bug. Now this time, the meat is completely burnt. I can't even eat it. I took two bites and it was completely hard as a rock. I ripped it apart to try the middle and still, hard. Completely way overcooked. I would never come here or order from here again. And it's clearly been out sitting and not fresh at all. It's a simple cheeseburger, how do you even mess that up.
