When we told the manager, she just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do even though it’s clearly their fault for not maintaining the drive-thru. While we were stuck in the parking lot putting on the spare, she actually came outside, huffed at us, and walked away without offering help. To top it off, she still charged me for the drink after everything. What’s worse is we sat here long enough to see another customer almost blow out their tire on the exact same pothole. This is dangerous, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I have photos and will be sharing them as well.
