  While i was ordering my food on the screen a lady came in from the drive through and spoke to the woman in the dark blue shirt , saying how she asks multiple times in the drive through to make sure her sandwich was correct. She received her sandwich incorrect. The lady told her that the girl who took her order was new and that she would correct it. Later on , the girl came in from her break , and the woman in the blue shirt started joking with her about it , and they both were laughing at the lady. After receiving my food i went up to the front to get more ketchup having to stand there 5 minutes while the same lady in the dark blue shirt stood there texting on her phone. As we were leaving , we heard somebody yell to the front "hey linda come serve me". And the Lady in the dark blue shirt came over. My daughter went up there to ask for something , but ended up coming back to the table with nothing because they were yelling and cussing at each other , making her very uncomfortable. As me and my young children were leaving a group of employees were standing at the front being loud and talking about very inappropriate things. Talking about how men call womens private parts cookies and how they want their cookies. I will not be coming back to this location..this was at 7:30pm on 1/11/26

  The drive thru was busy so I went inside and no one was there but me. Ordered 2 double cheese burgers, no onions Xtra pickles 1 large fry. I received 1 pickle, xtra onions and everything was cold. It is way to expensive these day's to get that type of food from any restaurant. I won't be back. Very sad.

  28 min for an XS drink and a large fry that is never filled. I have to hand the fries back for them to fill up. Rude, slow, employees on phones, earbuds in not paying any attention. Stop taking orders numerous times when they get busy.

  First off fast food might as well go make McDonald's a actual restaurant for how long you have to wait and the customer service is awful. I had so many bad services here between the food being cold or old. It's ridiculous how slow they all move in there including the managers.
