Around the time it was meant to be delivered we got a notification our order was cancelled. After several automated prompts and multiple corporate reps, we were finally able to get in contact with the actual store. The store claimed they couldn’t see our order despite the corporate rep saying it was clearly in the system, and then cancelled by the store. The manager on duty showed no remorse and offered 0 solutions. If you’re going to cancel an order, for any reason, I would suggest AT VERY LEAST communicating this to the customer.

Plus, the steak is extremely spicy. Almost inedible. Extremely disappointing. Won’t be ordering from this location again unless some changes are made internally.

These two were very polite and patient and helped me get everything I needed very efficiently and I just appreciated their service so much that I'm making my first ever review to a place. That's how awesome they were! I planned to never visit again bc of last time everyone was very rude and just seemed like they really didn't want to be there at all. Acted like everything I asked for was a bother to them. I'm glad I gave it another chance, I will definitely be planning to come back again, but during this time of day (in the evening) next visit to catch the better end of who's on the clock! Way to go guys! Keep up the great work! 😊
