Around the time it was meant to be delivered we got a notification our order was cancelled. After several automated prompts and multiple corporate reps, we were finally able to get in contact with the actual store. The store claimed they couldn’t see our order despite the corporate rep saying it was clearly in the system, and then cancelled by the store. The manager on duty showed no remorse and offered 0 solutions. If you’re going to cancel an order, for any reason, I would suggest AT VERY LEAST communicating this to the customer.
