- DDdulMar 19, 20261.0This chipotle is the worse chipotle i’ve ever been to i’ve gave it 3 tries since i’ve moved here and it fails me every damn time. I don’t know if yall are underpaying your staff or they’re just genuinely like that they seem so miserable. The meat is always so hard and chewy with an odd texture and the proportions are bs. It genuinely sickens me that i have to drive 30mins+ for a better chipotle i’ve also heard that they’ve drooled on someone’s bowl before 💀. Hey maybe not all places are meant to stay open btw 😰

The entire burrito aside from the tortilla was cold and after the second bite, something felt off. I could not eat any more nor keep what was swallowed down. I haven't been to a Chipotle to a while, but I will not be returning any time soon.

- JVJess VJan 23, 20261.0The staff is so unfriendly as if I’m bothering them! If they don’t like their jobs then leave! Very rude staff! I ordered 3 chicken tacos and two of the tacos only had one piece of chicken in them! I have been to Chipotle in Mechanicsville, Va and they are awesome and make sure you get what you pay for! Maybe Gloucester’s Chipotle should go get some training from that location!
