  3 chicken sandwiches ordered today: Obviously microwaved made the buns hard as rock in spots and the meat chewy, taste was off too. I am DONE with McDonald's.

  I ordered at the kiosk today, but it didn’t print my receipt. I was in a rush, so I asked the guy at the counter to help since they call orders by number—I’d have no clue when mine was up. Instead of just printing it quick, he told me to wait while he helped the people who walked in after me. When he finally brought my food, still no receipt. I asked again (I need it for taxes), and he got snippy: ‘Mmm, it’s gonna be a minute.’ I was already running late, so I just left. Dude had ‘Fear God’ tattooed on his arm, but zero customer service—zero energy. If I showed up to my job like that, I’d be gone.

  The drive-thru experience wasn’t great. The person taking my order kept saying “anything else?” after almost every item I mentioned, which felt rushed and a bit annoying. When I gave him the code for my coupon, it never ended up going through and he asked if I wanted to speak to a manager instead. Overall, the interaction felt frustrating and not the best experience.
