But then I got back to my office to eat my sandwich…… there was a LIVE GREEN STINK BUG IN MY SANDWICH. I am so disgusted I will never eat at Panera ever again. Yes, I understand that “greens” can sometimes contain bugs but HOW did the person making the sandwich not see that?! This is a quality control issue. Not just the suppliers issue.

I did take one star off because the atmosphere felt a bit impersonal. There was no greeting when I walked in, which set a colder tone. Also, the bathroom needed attention; there were paper towels on the floor and it didn’t feel as clean as the rest of the restaurant. Still, solid service and a well-kept space. I’d return.
