  Sadly I will stop ordering from this location. This is the second time in 2 months Ive ordered and my food was never delivered. What's worse, when they are backed up or having issues, they still take orders even though they arent fulfilling them! Its super frustrating for everyone involved.

  If I could give this horrible location zero stars I would . I ordered online payment went through and I went to pick up my order but then there is a handwritten sign saying closed....I see two people indoors so I call because ive now paid for something that won't let me use my app to cancel so now youre telling me im out 24$ ....when they answer they tell me well we're having technical issues you'll just have to wait a hour till someone can come in I was like well then cancel my order they said they couldn't and again id have to wait a hour for another manager that could.....then hung up on me....your pizza isnt good enough to treat people like trash...its money youre now messing with and your customer service is absolute garbage

  Somethings happening with this location. A few weeks ago I ordered two large pizzas via the app. It gave me an estimate of 30 min for delivery (this was a weeknight, no special events happening and I ordered around 6:30 pm). An hour later and no pizza, it still showed it was in the oven, I called and phone just rang for forever (I called 3 times and never got through) I tried messaging through the app, no luck, then at 10pm I get a knock on the door with my pizza. I was already in bed. Told them to take it back. Dominoes reached out next day with an email for a free pizza. I tried to use that two days ago 2 weeks after the initial bad delivery ) but the free pizza was only good for 7 days. I ordered a large half Hawaiian half beef anyway, this time for pickup (this was on a normal Monday evening at 6pm). Once again, status update just stayed in “making” or whatever. I called and once again the phone just kept ringing. So an hour later, I drove to the store. There were two employees, the phone ringing off the hook and both employees just ignored it. Then at one point while the phone was ringing an employee came and turned off the ringer, never answering the phone. Four other people were in line, each were told their pizza would be another 45 min to an hour, my pizza hadn’t been made 1 hour after I ordered. The guy finally asks what my order was, I tell him, he says it’ll be 15-20 more minutes. He goes to the back and comes back to tell me they don’t have ground beef or sausage. I substitute, finally getting the pizza and hour and a half from my order time (originally estimated at 20 min). Stay away until they get their act together

  Terribly unreliable and subpar place. I placed a large birthday party order for 1 PM pick up. They accepted the offer, i got an update they have started making the order, and then they went silent. At 115 pm, I drove to the store, and to my horror, you know what - they were closed!! Luckily, Mcd was nearby, and it saved the day! I had bad experience in this location in the past too! Stay away!

  I placed an order with Domino’s at 4:58 PM and it is now 8:20 PM, and I still have not received my pizza. Nearly three and a half hours later, there has been absolutely no delivery, no update, and no accountability. What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of customer support. I have been on the phone with this location for over an hour, stuck on hold, trying to get a simple answer about where my food is. No one has picked up. No one has called back. No explanation. Nothing. If there was a delay, that happens- but the problem is the total silence and disregard for the customer. At this point, I don’t even know if my order was made, sent out, or forgotten entirely. Meanwhile, I planned my evening around this order and am still waiting with no food and no communication. This is unacceptable service. A major chain like Domino’s should be able to at least answer the phone or provide updates when an order is delayed by HOURS. Being left in the dark after paying and then forced to sit on hold endlessly is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and I would strongly caution others to think twice unless they’re prepared to wait several hours with zero communication. This experience was a complete waste of time and money.
