  On a Monday night with barely any other tables dining in, we waited 20 minutes for our server to even acknowledge us before asking the host to move us to a different table. Our server just so happened to also be the bartender and with only a few other people at the bar about 6 or 7 drinks got made before we could even get water. Talking to coworkers and other guests at the bar that seemed more like friends sitting at the bar instead of guests. We finally got moved to another table with a different server. We got our drinks and we got our food and we got the heck of here. This was not a fun experience and other than the host we were completely ignored the whole time.

  I’ve had TWO bad experiences here now. I will not be returning. Took my two nephews this past week. Decided to eat after gaming. After we sat down 15 min passed before someone even came to get our drink orders. One of my nephews ordered the chicken finger meal the other the Mac and cheese and fries it was about 45 min before the chicken finger meal came out. My other nephew sat there waiting for his Mac and cheese for over an hour. How do you serve one kid and not the other with an order so simple as Mac and cheese? Had they not been there I would’ve left but they were hungry. I asked to speak with a manager who never came. We never got refills. Our waitress was working the bar and the restaurant side. It wasn’t busy yet she was very inattentive. She did manage to get something taken off our bill. Just a mess. Bad business. Shame on y’all.

  I waited over 20 minutes for a waiter to take my order… and then another 30 minutes for my drink to arrive, by which time I had already finished eating. Because of this terrible service, I decided to pay for my order and leave. Unfortunately, the place is nice, but the service is awful and they are understaffed. I hope they improve. ////////. Esperé más de 20 minutos a que un mesero me tomara la orden… y luego otros 30 minutos a que me trajeran la bebida, para entonces ya había terminado de comer. Debido a este pésimo servicio, decidí pagar y marcharme. El lugar es bonito, pero el servicio es terrible y les falta personal. Espero que mejoren.💖💖💖💖💖🌹

  This place is broken. So after getting our name on the waitlist for a table. We’re told it’s an hour wait. My wife asks me to see where we are in the queue. So I click on the link that was texted to me and instead of showing me how much longer like it says it just takes me to the open table home page. Really helpful!! So after spending 150 bucks for power cards it asks for my phone number for rewards or whatever. I click the link saying welcome to DB rewards and I get a website that says “an error occurred”. So 1 hour 45 minutes later we finally get a table for 4 people. The host grabs two menus from an entire table full of menus. Another 10 minutes to get two more menus. Another 15 minutes to even have a server come to our table. Only for him to tell us oh wait I need to go get something to write with. I mean seriously! Can’t come to the table prepared. So we got here at 7pm. It’s now 9 pm and so far all I’ve got is a Diet Coke. The place is full of empty tables and it’s an hour wait!!! I guess I understand why the tables are empty.

  It’s hard to describe my experience at Dave & Busters, but let me try: This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my 39 years on this earth. Every single human deserves better. We all deserve not to wait 45 minutes because a floor of empty tables could not be cleared. We deserve a minimum level of humanity and common sense when it comes to serving people. We deserve not to be duped into playing in the arcade while staff drag their feet to avoid seating folks. Whomever is responsible for managing this restaurant and the organization of its staff needs to be fired. As a father of two (with a third on the way) and first time visitor to D&B, I’m happy to say we will never be back and my kids will not have any childhood nostalgia that may lead them to take their kids, and so forth. I’m happy to never have this vicious seed planted in my family. Dear reader, I tried to leave - but my kids were tired and hungry after a prolonged and unnecessary wait. I’m confident this company will ultimately go bankrupt. Oh dear reader - you deserve a better experience. Spend your money (and more importantly your time) elsewhere. Waitress was friendly though.
