  We had Chrissy and would not have her as a server. She was inattentive only came to take our order, didn’t check on us at all. We had to get her attention to send one of our orders back because we didn’t like it. (After 15 mins of it sitting at the edge of the table) A table sat right next to us and she was lively checked in with them, her whole attitude seemed to change for some odd reason.

  We went sat at 515. We were early as hoping to avoid the rush because we had a 2 hour drive home. When we got there only 3 tables were in use. We were told that it would be a 25 minute wait unless we sat at the bar. I questioned it but didn’t want to make a scene. We sat at the bar. As soon as we sat down I went online to make a reservation, I figured if I could not make one then they must be booked up. All reservation spots were empty. We were waiting for the bartender to help us/acknowledge us. A family entered at 535 they were told 25 minutes they had children the bar wasn’t an option. I told her to try to go online. She did and made the reservation for 545. A few minutes later she walked up to the host said she had a reservation and was seated immediately.This process continued the rest of time we were there yet at no time were the tables full. When I used the rest room before leaving there was still 18 tables empty and people waiting to be seated. We had been waiting to eat here for a while. The staff was pleasant enough. A bit more notice from the bartender would have been appreciated..the food was excellent.

  My first time at Bonefish, but certainly not the last! Whitney, our server, was exceptional. The Bang Bang shrimp was delicious and the servings were plentiful. Kathrine, the kitchen manager was delightful. Great atmosphere!

  Had the salmon which was very good. My husband had the burger, which was huge. It came out undercooked but they gave him a new one which was delicious. The chef was new. Was little disappointed they do not have mustard. Nice cozy restaurant.

  I was in Richmond for work and stopped in on Saturday morning. The restaurant is large. Great seating. Large bar, great indoor space. Nice outdoor space. The staff is friendly. Our bartender Donovan was great. The food is always consistent. The drinks are very good. Definitely be back when in the area.
