    The girl working the drive Thru today 3/10 at 12:34 PM just did me real dirty and I’m NOT letting it go. I will be contacting corporate and coming back for a refund.

    They will cough in their gloves and won’t wash and change the gloves. When they are sick they will still work coughing sneezing all over the donuts ….. they won’t change the coffee when it’s time to do so…..

    My main complaint is the coffee. I get hot coffee & the coffee is watery, bland and full of grounds majority of the time just terrible. I guess I try my luck hoping for a good cup of coffee each time I visit. I can say the staff I’ve dealt with were friendly. However more training on coffee & food prep is needed.

    We ordered ahead using the app and still had to wait an additional 10–15 minutes for our drinks after arriving at the store — this does not include the time it took to place the order, take my dogs out, or drive to the location. Our food had already been made, yet there was only one employee working — handling the drive-thru, making drinks, and running the register. We were the only customers inside, with just one car in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. I’ve had to leave without my food or drinks before because it had been over 20 minutes since ordering ahead, and I would have been late for work — despite being the only person in the store. I want to be clear that I have no issue with the employee who helped us. He was clearly doing his best while being severely understaffed. The issue is management. The employees seem unhappy and it is almost never a good experience when I have gone in. Overall, this is not a well-managed location and not a great experience for customers or employees.
