  This location should be CLOSED. I placed my order at 7:45 PM and was told it would be ready by 8:00 PM. I didn’t actually receive my order until 9:10 PM. I sat in the store for over an hour with absolutely no updates, communication, or apologies from the staff. The store was packed — there were about 18 people waiting for their orders. The customer in front of me mentioned she had been waiting for nearly two hours. The most ridiculous part is that this happened on a Thursday night, not even the weekend. If they can't handle a weekday crowd, they shouldn't be open at all. This place is completely mismanaged. I wasted over an hour of my evening here. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I will never be returning.

  This is a corporate store, all corporate stores are garbage like this one. Stop giving business to these locations bc they do not care! Pizza is trash and majority of orders are not fulfilled! Someone needs to report them.

  I placed a large order at 8:30 AM on March 1st for a 2:15 PM delivery to my son’s birthday party venue. By 1:45 PM, the app showed the order had not even begun preparation. At no point did anyone from the store attempt to contact me, despite having my phone number associated with the order, to inform me of any delay or internal issue. When I called the store, I was told there had been a miscommunication between upper management and employees and that my order would not be ready as scheduled. Instead of receiving an apology or immediate corrective action, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional tone. I was asked whether I wanted to cancel, even after explaining that I had a venue full of children waiting to be served. When I requested an updated timeframe, the employee questioned how far I lived from the store, despite this being a scheduled delivery to a venue and not my home. I was then told it would take an additional 45 minutes to an hour due to the size of the order. When I called back to arrange pickup in an effort to mitigate the delay, I was met with sarcasm and again received no apology. When I ultimately requested cancellation and a refund, I was informed that this could not be processed until a manager arrived. We had to scramble to find alternative food for the party at the last minute. I reached out to the store management and corporate and to date have not heard anything. Terrible customer service.

  I'm just done with this place. Domino's has always been my pizza chain of choice for the last 15 years. The app just feels like a lie. The ETA for delivery is promising until the moment you submit the order. The last few months, every delivery takes 90-180 minutes. Twice in the last month now, I have ordered and waited those 2 hours (when the original estimate was 30-40 minutes!). Only for the entire order to be cancelled. To add insult to injury on my last order, I had used points to add a free pizza to my order. I was not refunded the points upon the order's cancellation.

  If I could give this horrible location zero stars I would . I ordered online payment went through and I went to pick up my order but then there is a handwritten sign saying closed....I see two people indoors so I call because ive now paid for something that won't let me use my app to cancel so now youre telling me im out 24$ ....when they answer they tell me well we're having technical issues you'll just have to wait a hour till someone can come in I was like well then cancel my order they said they couldn't and again id have to wait a hour for another manager that could.....then hung up on me....your pizza isnt good enough to treat people like trash...its money youre now messing with and your customer service is absolute garbage
