  I was traveling with the kids from Florida and it was late, so McDonald's was open. We ordered off the value menu, so each person's meal was around 6.00. Now, as cheap as 6.00 sounds, it was way too much for this ridiculously tasteless food. Cardboard would taste as good as the Chicken nuggets, and the burgers didn't even have a burger texture and were tasteless as well. We spent $26.00 and it wasn't worth $5.00. There is a reason that Americans continue to be overweight and unhealthy. We tolerate unhealthy food a put up with corporations poisoning us with food that's not fit for the dog. I remember eating at McDonald's as a boy and the food was quality, but those days are gone.

  I'd say if you go around the drive-thru or mobile order or even go inside you'll probably be all right but my experience on going around the drive through wasn't great or inside But if I was you I would not go without checking your food you purchased they get paid to cook we went in and ordered food I specifically asked for my food to be freshly cooked along with bacon on my chicken sandwich with sesame seed bun but instead I got a piece of chicken and two buns without sesame french fries that have been cooked for 15 minutes sitting under a heat lamp is what I got after asking mind you once more that I asked for fresh food when I ordered instead of a manager coming to talk to me a new person was sent out and tried to take the sandwich I had and she said they would be adding bacon too it after a bite was taken out. Trust me learn to look before you touch your food here I said no to help them out y'all because there not allowed to take the food back behind the counter cause of safety conditions regulations long with Safe serve regulations and regulations to the state along with the United States I'm not some dumb hillbilly I'm one of them smart hill folk so i threw it away and I explained for the 2nd time what I was needing. Paying customers often get treated poorly I told the young female it wasn't her fault she was has been mislead I ask her to make my food again and she replied you know how Gavin is and unfortunately he said he wasn't making it again I said well I can walk out and leave a review on the poor service and quality of the food here that's when she went back and tried to make my food and this Gavin fellow told her instead of having him come out like a man he had a teenage girl come out to tell me that I was banned from McDonald's just because I wanted fresh food and the other food went in the trash I walked out side to compose myself I walked back in to get my refund finally got it with the help of another lady and was told by him not to come back that he banned me. That's your problem Of course he can't do that without the sheriff's office and I was doing nothing wrong but trying to feed my family. I got the time the incident occurred I've got recordings of him being that certain type of way he was sending females out to do his bidding underage ones at that and then take some out back and flirt with them being underage this guy needs to be watched. He's definitely someone that doesn't need to be holding a position like that authority over someone's food that they purchase not them them folks are paid to cook it or manage it being cooked but things are way twisted there at that restaurant. Tread lightly I'm definitely not saying stay away but if I was you the price you pay here is the same price you pay at Pals and we know the quality difference we are the people a restaurant is committing public service to public citizens who pay and play with money for that public service. If your food isn't right take it back don't just say it's okay because that's what's the problem now. People just learning to live with what they get and then the next day the regretting it and so is the toilet paper. McDonald's is a good restaurant to eat at if it's managed properly and the food is cooked correctly and what else is at 5 months ago that place was killing it but they let some employees go that work as hard as they can and something little happens for a short time per se Transportation issues. Myself personally after being a manager in several different locations you got to be good to your employees even if they're having a difficult time schedule around let some other ones come in and get a few hours if you're good employee is going through a tough situation don't just jump up and fire them and tell them not to come back. That's another thing you have to worry about here but opinions opinions everybody has them freedom of speech declared under the United States Constitution

  Always a wait time and please make sure that you check your bags before you leave to make sure that you have everything that you asked for

  After my husband and I being lost on these darn backroads for at least 2 hrs, we came to town. All we wanted was to sit down to a cheeseburger and fries. I am normally not a complainer at all…. my husband def isn’t. I got there at 3:15 on Thursday February 26th. Was waited on which i ordered a double cheeseburger, medium fry and shamrock shake (i usually never do shakes but i really wanted to try it). got our food and the shamrock shake was neon green. DARK. Pure syrup. The fries were very burnt and old. Usually my husband doesn’t let me say anything but today he let me take my fry up to exchange cause they were pretty bad. The manager there a grey head lady with red shirt and sweater on came up to me. I very politely said can i please have a fresh fry. And handed them to her. She snarked a little laugh and said loudly where even my husband heard “ I PROMISE YOU THESE ARE FRESH, while holding my box of literal wilted, cold fries and tossed them into trash. She handed me my fresh fries and i sat down. My husband told me he heard what she said and said there is NOWAY these fries are fresh. I just sat down and ate and ended up throwing my shake away. I couldn’t drink it. Pic of shake so yall know what i mean. I won’t be back to this Mcdonald’s. And shame on that manager for the way she acted. ALL EYES ON YOU MAM
