  I was at Taco Bell within the last 30 minutes I unfortunately did not catch the gentleman’s name but whoever it was that was working tonight deserves 5 stars. He was there completely ALONE which is absolutely insane to me, management there is PATHETIC for allowing him to operate like that. however, despite such a situation the gentleman was very friendly, let us know there would be a slight wait since he was there ALONE WITHOUT SUPPORT, our order was correct and we even forgot we ordered a drink went to pull away and he stopped us to give it to us. Taco Bell 1 DO BETTER bc this is ridiculous you have a dedicated employee who’s being used and abused and 2 GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES SUPPORT it’s crazy to me that even if everyone called off the manager didn’t bother to come in to help. why is someone taking orders, cashing out customers AND making the food?! I truly wish I would’ve asked this man’s name because he was above and beyond and dealt with WAYYYYYYYYY more tonight ALONE than anyone should especially for what he’s being paid an hour!

  They NEVER have tea. All these dirty drinks and freezes but you never have tea available?! Not to mention you hardly get all of what you pay for

  Waited on front line for 5 minutes before I finally asked if anyone was working front line…went to sit down while I waited not one clean table, mop and bucket in dining room..water or something sticky on floor….very nasty restaurant..,

  Okay I'm pretty disappointed right now and really I don't understand what I had done to this taco bell. I used to always speak so kindly about this specific taco bell. And now I get treated like garbage. The managers and employees were all so nice and now there not. I really don't care at this point if I step through the doors because everytime I do they end up ignoring me. I used to be there 5 star customer but now it's a 2. I would NOT come here unless you want to be treated or backstabbed. It's not nice to be nice to someone and get treated like crap the next year. As a customer I'm always going to be open and honest.

  Sign up front says ask if you need help with ordering. Simply didn't wanna use kiosk. Never had a chance to ask for one and even when asking with a loud but polite voice no one helps. Customer service garbage.
