It was a shrill and inaudible shriek! I jumped, and murmured in anger! Looking back on the incident the only thing I might have done to warrant such behavior, was speak loudly into the drive-thru speaker. I drive a loud truck, and past employees have had a hard time hearing my order. Unfortunately those will be my last Galax Wendy's chicken nuggies!

I recently placed an order through the app (15 minutes in advance), but when I got there expecting to receive it and go straight home, I was told that I would have to wait (20-25 minutes was my wait time) for my order to be made. When questioned about it I was told that they don’t make any orders until the person arrives to pick it up. It’s then typed into the system and made. WHAT? If that’s the case, why would anyone bother to place an order in advance, when you’re going to have to wait as if you walked in and placed the order. You wonder why people don’t eat here as much as they use too! Needless to say, it’ll probably be my last time eating here.
