  By far, this was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a while. We came in about an hour before close. The only people on shift it seems were both sitting in a booth on their phones. The one follows us up to the register, and before we can even look at the menu, tells us that “they are take-out only, and can’t do any dine-in orders”. Nowhere in-store or online does it say that they close the dining area early, so I can only assume this was their choice. We order our food and sit to wait. Cashier goes and taps the cook on the shoulder, still sitting on his phone, and tells him what our order was so he could go make it. The cashier eventually comes and drops the food at the table, and we walk outside to see if they even have outside seating (luckily they do). Smashburgers are kinda similar to pizza, where there’s at least a certain baseline that I can expect it to be. A greasy cheesy burger just has to be good. The burger I got (Colorado) was fine. This thing was dripping with whatever sauce comes on it, which was more disgusting than anything else even if it did taste good. I know I couldn’t taste any other ingredient on the burger (tomatoes, chiles, etc). I’ve had worse but I know I’ve certainly had better, especially when it is almost like it’s been dropped in grease. I had to run back inside to grab napkins that were left out of the bag. The only other customers left as we were finishing up, and then I tried going back inside to toss our trash. The doors were locked! It was only 9:00, and they had closed it early. All the blinds were drawn as we are sitting just outside. I hope whoever the manager at this location sees these reviews and truly takes it to heart. You can do better

  The food here was absolutely amazing! I ordered a burger, and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time—perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can really tell they put effort into both the quality and seasoning of their food. The menu had a great variety of options, which already has me looking forward to coming back and trying something new. Everything sounded so good, it was honestly hard to choose! The cashier was also a standout—very patient, friendly, and took the time to walk me through the menu and explain different items, which I really appreciated. That kind of customer service makes a big difference, especially when you’re trying a place for the first time. The overall atmosphere felt welcoming and enjoyable, making it a great spot to sit down and enjoy a meal. Between the delicious food, helpful staff, and positive vibe, this place definitely earned a 5-star rating from me. I’ll absolutely be back!

  Food was good, I loved it! But service was horrible. Came in at 8:30 pm, was told by staff that we could not eat inside the restaurant and had to do take out. Which was weird but whatever. We order our food and eat outside. We finish at 9:00 and want to go inside so we can wash our hands and throw our trash away. Doors are locked. They close at 9:30. Enough said.

  I used to come to this place all the time and loved it. So imagine my surprise when I come in during prime dinner hours and find a dimly lit dark restaurant. Inside they appear to have plenty of staff, yet the store is filthy with dirt and employee equipment everywhere. Truly disappointed. Food was good, but expensive and slow. Edit: Adjusting my review because I noticed other people with the same problems. Horrible atmosphere and subpar service. And of course they respond to my review with an AI bot. Absolutely disappointing

  ​5 stars! The food was excellent, the Double Classic and Crispy Chicken burgers were both hits. The service was top notch; our waitress was so nice and professional. We’ll definitely be back!
