  Wife and I came in for gravy biscuits, they weren't on the kiosk menu and no people to ask. New layout has nobody at the front, all the staff is behind a wall with one person running food out who just directed us back to the kiosk. Ordered pancakes, when they came out we were told they're out of syrup and offered grape jelly...

  I tried to order breakfast today, two burritos and a hotcake meal. I am on bedrest due to surgery so what I can eat is limited. I sent my boyfriend to go pick up our food and they asked him for confirmation. So I sent him a screenshot, and that still wasn’t good enough. They asked for a second confirmation and took a photo of the screenshot I sent him. He’s told I need to go into the app and select “already here.” After I did that, it shows they canceled my order. I’ve never had issues picking up from here until today, and I’m so disappointed. All I wanted was to eat as I recover from surgery, and all we got was a hard time and frustration.

  This location steals money, if you question why your bill is wrong and force them to fix it; they mess up your food. If you pay whatever extra money they want you get better service. Three times now they’ve done this same play. Started with two dollars and went to six dollars. I refused to pay it and they gave me the wrong order and my hash browns were weird with brown balls in them. I supposed some people don’t mind but honestly stealing is stealing. It’s basically extortion! I supposed this is how Virginia works now! Order on the app total is $4.03 order in the drive thru total is $11.00.

  My weekly Mac sandwich, 1st time at this location. I was on the move so I fixed it so I could eat & drive. When I bit into the sandwich half of it came out of the bun, it was rubbery... It was OVERCOOKED!! Remember I was driving. The worst chicken sandwich I've ever had from McDonald's !

  Ordered a "regular" M&M McFlurry and they literally just gave me the small amount in the regular cup. $5 is already ridiculous for a regular McFlurry, but adding significantly less than you're supposed to is just typical corporate greed. Will not be spending my money here ever again.
