    Ordered delivery but the delivery service had to cancel the order because they were taking to long to make the food. I have tried calling for 2 weeks and they never answer the phone. They owe me a refund still.

    I'm an avid Wingstop fan through and though. When I found out this location was down the street from my work, I was ecstatic. It's unfortunate that this is probably the worst Wingstop location I've ever been to. My most recent issue has been trying to receive a refund for my Super Bowl order. I ordered in advance for a 10-piece combo. Not a large order, just a 10-piece combo. I got to the store and it was packed. Understandably so. I waited for about an hour past the pickup time and told them I would need to cancel the order and receive a refund as I could not wait any longer. All good, not a problem. I was empathetic towards the employees working that day because BOY were they slammed. I waited until after the game to give a call and request a refund. I spoke with Daniela and provided my name, number, order, etc. She said she would have it processed that week. The refund never happened, so I contacted again back on the 02/15/26. I again spoke with Daniela and she advised that she submitted the refund and it would be processed later in the week. It is now the end of the week and still no refund. I may just have to request a chargeback from my credit card provider. All in all, my experiences here have been very hit or miss. There has been more than one time where my order was incorrect and was given the wrong flavors. One time, their soda machine had issues and did not have any soda/ice. They did offer a soda can but they were limited to the last flavor they had left. There have been times where there were no issues service wise, but the food quality was mid and not consistent to previous experiences. Many times the fries were not on par and the wings were soggy as if they've been sitting for a while. There was one time the food and service were absolutely A+. Compared to the other Wingstop locations I've been to. This is very mid. The employees are nice and helpful though. They're doing the best they can.

    Ordered to go and never got it. Tried calling to get a refund and they blew me off. Awful. Do not order from mere I’m out $75 and never got my food.

    Ordered yesterday February 7 for a pickup today at 5:30. Got to the restaurant at 5:30 and there were literally 50 people waiting. Packed in like sardines no room to move. The guy at the counter told me it would be an hour wait. Waited an hour and went back in. They said 20 more minutes. Waited 20 min and asked again they said they had no idea when my order would be ready. Waited another 40 minutes and still wasn’t ready. I went home. Will be calling for a refund. 2 hour wait is INSANE.

    I’ve always enjoyed Wingstop’s food, but honestly, the organization at this location needs serious work. I ordered for the Super Bowl at 7 a.m. for a 5:45 pickup—it’s now 6:40 and I’m still waiting. It’s not just today; the staff seem consistently overwhelmed, accepting new orders while struggling with existing ones. I say this with respect: please overhaul how you manage the flow. You’ve got great food—now the service needs to match.
