Had a chicken BBQ and it was the same. They can't remain in business much longer. Sad, I remember when Panera was a great place to eat.

We order food online where we get half the food and I call and they do agree that half which is in fact the main food is missing!! Remember end of that conversation I toid them kids are waiting are hungry Again 45 mins later I call them again and they say the same thing that it is being sent out now. Extremely cheap and horrible service!
