She made sure our drinks were filled our order was correct & that we didn't need anything. She was super nice & fun to talk to. Would definitely recommend her all day everyday..

We come in there many times and it's not always consistent with service however with Amanda it was great. she was attentive she was friendly she was on point the entire evening. The lack of adequate staffing and organization led to a chaotic environment where numerous patrons, including veterans, were forced to leave due to unacceptably long waits and neglect. Specific issues at our table included: The assigned server failed to approach our table to take our initial order, requiring us to flag down another staff member. Our table received no attention from the server throughout the entire duration of our meal, resulting in unbussed dishes and unoffered beverage refills. Obtaining the final bill was a significant challenge, causing further unnecessary delays in our departure. We also waited for over 45 minutes for the complimentary Veterans Day cheesecake dessert, which was ultimately never served. The service was absolutely unacceptable and tarnished what should have been a day of recognition and support.

She was definitely one of the best waitresses we've ever had. She was so nice & went out of her way to make sure we had everything we wanted/needed. She made sure we never had to wait with empty cups. I would highly recommend this outback.
