  Tracie was amazing! She was absolutely hilarious, gave us great service, and was so sweet! She was so on top of everything. Would give her a 10 star review if possible :)

  Tracy was outstanding we got to the restaurant with my mom who is elderly. She assisted us in getting a table by the bar so we could watch the game and she could have a seat.

  Host at reception desk was fabulous, honored our request to sit where we could see the tvs. Tracy was sensational as our server and Brandon & Abraham did a superb job at bringing our drinks & food in a very timely manner. My steak was super & my son’s burger was cooked perfectly. Best service I’ve ever had at an Outback!

  As always, I keep my reviews honest and truthful, mostly devoid of emotions. So far, this has been a pretty bland experience. We were on the wait list which shows up in their system (the hostess had confirmed our name was there) and yet even after 30 minutes, we show up and they say it will be another 29 minutes before a table is ready. So I have to extend this question: is your online wait list nothing more than a simple way to placate and keep people docile? And to have a manager attempt to justify it with a smile saying that it's okay, and "that is possible and happens", is not a great first time experience here. I unfortunately have low expectations for this branch. However, it was just one elf who managed to turn the entire experience around from 1 to 5 stars. Not only was he charismatic and true to a servers nature, he made us feel welcome. He made sure we had drinks in a flash, our food was fresh and delicious, and when I almost left without my to go meal, he was so quick to get it for me, even jogging to get my food. I was a server for many years and have worked every spot in a restaurant. I have an issue when someone is willing to diminish someone else's work. Now I may not remember your true name, Buddy, but you are awesome. Thank you for being a kind person and choosing to continue to make people smile. As for the hostess who had the audacity to to say " I don't think I've ever seen him run through the restaurant" and proceed to chuckle; disrespect is a mere stepping stone to jealousy. He's doing a fantastic job while you were busy laughing and chuckling with your friend. I do hope that this type of behavior isn't what is considered constructive or accepted.
