They brought our food out, we couldn’t fill our own drinks, so I got a cup of ice and a little Diet Coke, couldn’t find a human to get a refill. I didn’t like the situation of auto serve with no human interaction, I hope this isn’t our future.

Food was really cold, fries were not salted at all, and they were too busy socializing behind the window to put any sauces in the bag.
- WWWillOct 6, 20251.0I will not order from this McDonalds again. I usually stop here between my kids afterschool activities to get a happy meal in between (6:30-7:00). There is always the same employee sitting in the dining area most likely after his shift. Sometimes he is sleeping at the table and sometimes he is lurking in the bathroom. Today he was at his normal table, awake, and clipping his fingernails at the dining area table and just leaving his nail clippings all over the floor and table. I found this extremely unsanitary/dirty and it bothered me so much we didn’t even finish our food, we just got up and left. Employees should take care of their personal hygiene at home, not in public, at work, in a dining establishment. Like I said, we will not be visiting this location again, I recommend you all do the same. GROSS 🤮

Then after charging me they still got my order wrong, when I asked for correction the manager has a filthy attitude towards me did not make any corrections and ask me go back to the line again.
